Industrial automation products are technical goods. Before returning any item, contact us so we can confirm order details, product condition, and the correct service path.

Return Request Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and product model.
  2. Provide photos of the product, packaging, and label.
  3. Wait for return or service instructions before shipping.
  4. Items are inspected before replacement, refund, or service action.

Eligibility Review

Return eligibility depends on item condition, configuration, supplier approval, and whether the product has been installed, wired, modified, or used in service.

Non-Standard Items

Special-order, configured, hazardous-area, or application-specific products may require manufacturer review and may not be returnable once ordered or installed.

Shipping Damage or Wrong Item

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us immediately with photos of the carton, label, product, and packing materials.
